Best Western Premier Sonasea Villas Phu Quoc

We just returned from 5 nights with our family of 6 (couple, 7 year old twins and grandparents). We had 4BR villa with a private pool in the villa section of the resort. The property exceeded our expectations. It's actually huge, but because we were in the villa side (which is not on the main property), it felt very intimate, but we could take a free buggy to the main property (or walk 5 minutes, depending on where your villa is) and use the amenities there if we wanted to. The pros: - Huge property with so many pools. If you have a villa, you have a private pool and there are 2 other big communal pools in the villa property. If you're in the main property, there are at least 4 huge pools that are all connected, so you can find sections that are not crowded. - Breakfast selection was great; IMO too much food. The staff was quick to refill things. - There is a good gym on both properties. - Pools are clean, but there's no chlorine scent. - Staff were so nice. - Location - only a 10 minute drive from the airport. - There is a night market across the street with seafood, BBQ, fruit, smoothies. - The villa bedrooms were big and the beds were so comfortable. We honestly loved everything about our stay and plan to go back.

Staff was super friendly, super polite and always very helpful. Shuttle bus to and from airport was super convenient and the golf car come in a few minutes after request. The breakfast also had a wide range of food and drinks, coffee was especially amazing. The security was also especially good.

Staff are very friendly, especially ms. Ha from the restaurant. The swimming pool nearby was great too!

Spacious and clean villa with great facilities. Staff were all superb - friendly and attentive.
